How can I buy at Miclair?
- Making purchases is quite simple and intuitive, just follow the steps below:
• Visit the Miclair website;
• Choose the product category you want to see (example: coats);
• View the diferente products;
• Choose the desired product and click on the related image;
• Set the color and size;
• Click “Add to Cart” to add the item to the “Shopping Cart”;
• At this moment, you can choose to add more items to the “Shopping Cart” or proceed to the payment;
• To proceed with the payment, choose between create an account or purchase as a guest;
• Fill the billing and shipping information;
• Set the payment method;
• Click “Finalize Order”;
• You will receive the information regarding the order confirmation in your email.

What are the shipping costs?
- All the costs related with shipping are free in Portugal and Spain. The shipping costs to other european countries are:

How can I check order status?
- You can verify your order by entering in your personal account.
DELIVERY
What is the expectable delivery time?
- After confirmation of payment, the order will be processed, sent and delivered to the customer within the following deadlines:
- Portugal: 1-2 working days
- Rest of Europe: 2-5 working days
